Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Reporting to: Financial Controller

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Generating electronic invoices, statements, and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Processing day to day transactions including posting and recording accounts receivable data
  • Answering client queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • IATI Qualified
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A high working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
