LL.M.; BA (Hons); European and Irish Trade Mark Attorney

Shauna is a qualified Irish and European Trade Mark Attorney and deals with all aspects of national, European and international trade marks from clearance to registration. She is involved in the prosecution and maintenance of trade marks in Ireland and worldwide. Shauna also handles trade mark matters post-registration.

Shauna joined FRKelly in 2011, having spent several years with another firm of Irish Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. She graduated from Griffith College Dublin in 2006 with a first class honours degree in Law with Business. In 2010, Shauna qualified as an Irish and European Trade Mark Attorney and also obtained a Master of Laws in Media Law.

Shauna has a particular interest in the area of publicity rights, the focus of her thesis during her LL.M being a comparative analysis of the development and treatment of such rights in various jurisdictions.

She has written articles for the World Trade Mark Review Daily and Intellectual Property magazine.
