We are currently seeking an administrator to join our busy Renewals Team in our Dublin Office.
• Issuing renewal reminders.
• Payment renewal fees.
• Invoicing clients
• Forwarding renewal certificates and corresponding with clients to answer queries.
• Sending reports to clients.
• General case management administration.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills..
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Experience of a renewals database is desirable.
• Good standard of education (Leaving Certificate level).
