Administrative Assistant

Our Postroom deals with a high number of emails and post on a daily basis many of which are time sensitive and must be dealt with and distributed promptly. Therefore, this role is crucial to the efficient operations of our Dublin office. We are looking for a highly organised and efficient assistant to support our team of Attorneys and support staff. The successful candidate must be reliable, punctual and a highly motivated team player.


Main Responsibilities:

• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
• Distributing emails.
• Arranging couriers and taxis.
• General telephone and reception duties.
• Dealing with visitors and clients.
• Administrative support as required- typing documents, scanning invoices and copying emails to our case management system.
• General office support and facilities duties as required.

Skills:

• Experience in a varied, fast paced administrative role is an advantage
• Professional telephone and personal manner.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills.
