FRKelly are delighted to announce the appointment of Judy McCullagh as partner. Judy has worked for over 20 years in the IP arena with the majority of these years spent in the trade mark field. She represents clients before the Irish, UK and EU Trade Mark Offices. Judy brings with her a wealth of experience in all trade mark matters including pre-filing advice and searches, trade mark prosecution, portfolio management, and contentious matters such as oppositions, domain name disputes, trade mark infringement and passing off. She has worked with clients in vast and varied arenas from clothing to pharmaceuticals and everything in between.
