Adam is a qualified solicitor and European and Irish Trade Mark Attorney. Adam regularly acts for clients in respect of contentious and non-contentious matters before the Irish Patents Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). His clients range from large multi-national corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises across many industries including, among others, entertainment, software, clothing, manufacturing, retail, accommodation, cosmetics and food.
Adam has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of IP issues including the filing and prosecution of Trade Mark applications, anti-counterfeiting, Trade Mark clearance searches, portfolio management, passing off and Trade Mark infringement as well as Trade Mark oppositions and cancellation actions.
Prior to joining FRKelly, Adam worked in the corporate and IP departments of two Dublin firms.
Adam is a member of APTMA (Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys).
