Adam is a qualified solicitor and European and Irish Trade Mark Attorney.
Adam regularly acts for clients in respect of contentious and non-contentious matters before the Irish Patents Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of Irish, European and International Trade Mark issues including the filing and prosecution of Trade Mark applications, licensing and assignment of Trade Marks, infringement and oppositions. Prior to joining FRKelly, Adam worked in the corporate and IP department of a leading Dublin law firm.
Adam regularly writes articles for Lexology.com and is a member of APTMA (Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys).
