After graduating with an honours degree in Law and Human Rights (BCL) from the University of Galway, Emma joined FRKelly in 2024. Emma is a qualified European and Irish Trade Mark Attorney based in our Dublin office, having obtained her qualification in 2025.

Emma advises clients across all aspects of trade mark practice, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters before the Irish Patents Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Emma’s work spans trade mark filings, portfolio management, and enforcement, alongside trade mark searches and clearance opinions.

Emma is an active member of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (APTMA) in Ireland.
