Our Renewals Team

Intellectual property renewal management is much more than administration. Intellectual property is central to the future success of an organisation. Our renewals team are equipped to manage all of the associated risks. We have designed a proven process to take care of all our clients’ renewal and portfolio management demands. We base our straightforward process on 5 Rs: Receive, Remind, Remit, Respond & Record. The renewals team is responsible for all Trade Mark, Patent, Design & Domain Name renewals.

Candidate Skills

• The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written English communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of a renewals database is desirable.
• With both client and attorney interaction on a regular basis, clear communication, efficiency and a ‘can do’ attitude is vital.
• Excellent time-keeping and deadline management skills also form the basis of the role of a Renewals Administrator.
